BASIC INFORMATION
The line combines semi-automatic assembly stations with fully automated testing and final packaging. It also includes remote management, traceability, and integration with the customer’s IT system.
Key advantages:
• Complete turnkey solution – from design, manufacturing, and installation through to commissioning and operator training.
• Modular architecture – stations can be customized and scaled according to customer requirements.
• Full traceability integration – advanced data collection and quality control via a PC station.
• Safety first – optical safety barriers, protective covers.
• High operational efficiency – line cycle time of 50 s/pc, optimized workload.
• Laser welding technology – precise, reliable, and clean joints without the need for further processing.
Line structure:
Station ST1 – Gehäuse pre-assembly (servo pressing, vision system)
Station ST2 – Deckel Aktuator pre-assembly + 3D AOI + soldering
Station ST3 – Kugelachse and component assembly
Station ST4 – Spring, output pinion, lubrication, and welding assembly
Station ST5 – Final valve assembly, including welding and pressing
Station ST6 – Dedicated laser welding station
Station ST7 – EOL testing (flow, leak testing, marking, inspection)
Station ST8 – Final packaging using a 6-axis robot
