PROFESSIONAL FACILITIES
• We have new machine tools that work in a modern and air-conditioned workplace:
- Five CNC machines (three axes with travels up to 1000 mm in the X axis and 500 mm in the Y axis).
- Five-axis machine with travel of 300 mm.
• We also use electro-erosive machining with travel of 300 mm in the X+Y axis and a height of 200 mm in the Z.
• Several lathes with clamping between apexes of up to 500 mm.
• Our workplace is equipped with a CAM system, so it is possible to send files with extensions (Pff, Prt, Iges, Stp, Step, Ipt, At, Igs, Sab, Iam, Par, Asm, Vda).
OUTPUT CHECKS
All our products are subject to strict 100% output checks – we have a measurement protocol for each manufactured part. Our expert technical inspection department owns not only calibrated meters of all types, but also a 3D measuring workplace for complicated measurements of components. The tolerance in which we move during machining on CNC machines is a standard 0.02 mm on all axes.
OUR OWN WAREHOUSE
We have a large material warehouse with:
• steel grades (11523, 15143, 12050, Toolox 33, Toolox 44),
• aluminum alloys (AlMg 4.5, C250, EN 6060.T66, EN 7075.T651),
• plastics (Tecast, Silamid, Pom).
